SHIFENG NYLON6 TIRE CORD is one subsidiary company of SHIFENG GROUP---the largest agricultural machine manufacturer in China. Nylon-6 Industry was established in 2005, the total investment of which has reached 1billion RMB. Till the end of 2010, we have built three polymerization plants, and the yearly producing capacity has reached 60,000 tons for Nylon-6 chips and yarn, 30,000 tons for Nylon-6 cord fabric. Now the fourth plant is on building, and the capacity will be totally 100,000 tons in 2014. Shifeng Nylon-6 production contains Nylon-6 middle & high viscose chips, Nylon-6 industrial yarn & UV yarn, Nylon-6 grey cloth & dipped cord fabric. Nylon-6 Chip is mainly used for industrial and civil spinning; Nylon-6 Yarn is mainly used for nylon fabric, nylon canvas, nylon geocloth and nylon rope; Nylon Dipped Fabric is mainly used as framework material for tires.
