When the target temperature is reached, the dough drops. The system ensures that the correct materials are mixed by verifying the package with a barcode before opening the feeding cover. The scanned weighing labels help with the traceability (16949) of the production. After the production, the reports can be generated based on the recipe, the operator and the machine for any date range.
