Rubber three-roll calender

The main purpose of a calender is to calender pre-mixed rubber and plastic compounds into films, sheets, or plates of uniform thickness. It can also be used for single-sided and double-sided lamination of rubber and plastic sheets with textiles. During the calendering process, air is squeezed out of the raw materials, ensuring the vulcanized finished product is free of air bubbles. The more rollers in the equipment, i.e., the more calendering passes, the better the effect. This is suitable for tire lamination, inner tube manufacturing, and shoe upper production.
