Circular film cooler

This film cooling machine is used in conjunction with internal mixers and open mills. The plasticized and mixed rubber produced in the internal mixer is pressed into sheets by a sheeting machine. The sheets are then carried to a stainless steel release agent cooling tank via a ring-shaped nitrile belt. After immersion and cooling, the sheets are automatically sent to the coating cooling zone. After air-cooling and drying, the sheets are automatically transported to the other end for unloading. The air box adopts a ring structure to maximize the use of linear space.
