Rotocure machine

It is mainly used for one-face and double face once continuous coating rubber sheet of fiber cord, canvas and other woven material ,sheeting rubber stock, calendaring thin rubber sheet of for inner liner and airtight layer of meridian tyre. Roller is peripheral drilled, heating or cooling effect is more uniform. The roller is equipped with shaft crossing, preload and reverse bending device to ensure the precision of calendered products. Roller space can be adjusted manually or by electric motor. Emergency stop is available for protecting operators and equipment. Electric control adopts imported PLC , guarantee control on the safe side, easy operation and high automation.
