Rekor Kauçuk being founded in 1947 in the Kurtuluş district of Istanbul, has moved to its current location in Pendik in 1978. Today Rekor is the leading company of Turkish Rubber Industry, equipped with the newest machineries of the best manufacturers in the world. As of 2017, Rekor has moved to its 75.000 square-meter total area and 40.000 square-meter closed area modernized and expanded manufacturing plant in Eskisehir Industrial Zone. The productions is mainly separated into two segments, technical compound production and precure tread production. Rekor keeps environmentally safe, highest quality manufacturing by operating under world class standards including ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS 9100 ve WRAS as well as applying 5S lean manufacturing workflow.
