The system enables homogeneous mixing through the effect of hydraulic or pneumatic pressure and the rotation of the rotors. During the mixing process, the applied hydraulic or pneumatic pressure is controlled by the PLC system on the machine, ensuring that the required force is applied. This system is used in Kneader machines manufactured by Trimex, allowing the mixing process to be carried out efficiently and safely. Thanks to the PLC-controlled system, the rotors, ram, and bearings are protected, minimizing the risk of damage to the machine components.
